We regularly perform In Coleshill and The Core\, Solihull. \nSet in the 1870s Dakota Territory\, Calamity Jane is a tough\, sharp-shooting\, and independent woman who protects the stagecoach and town from Native American attacks while maintaining a tomboyish persona. She harbours a secret crush on Lieutenant Danny Gilmartin\, who sees her only as one of the guys. \nWhen Deadwood’s saloon owner\, Henry Miller\, struggles to entertain the town with stage performances\, Calamity volunteers to bring the famous Chicago actress\, Adelaide Adams to perform at the Golden Garter Saloon. However\, a mix-up occurs\, and she mistakenly brings back Adams’ maid\, Katie Brown\, who pretends to be the star. Katie’s charm and talent win over the townsfolk\, complicating Calamity’s feelings for Danny and her friendship with Wild Bill Hickock\, her friendly rival. \nThrough these events\, Calamity begins to explore her feminine side\, shedding her tomboy persona and attending the local Fort ball as a transformed woman.
